PacifiCare's free nurse line opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Licensed nurses will be able to address your questions and needs whenever you need.

To better serve Chinese members, PacifiCare's 24-hour nurse line provides real time Chinese translation service through a telecommunication translation agency. This Chinese translation service is at no additional cost. To use PacifiCare's 24-hour nurse line, please call 1-866-747-4325. Should you need Chinese translation service, please tell the nurse on line and the nurse will arrange that translation service for you.

 
 

Tips when use nurse line:

  1. If you can understand instructions in English, please follow the instructions once your call is connected.
  2. If you feel difficult understanding English instructions, please wait on line until a live nurse speaks to you. Please note most nurses on this line do not speak Chinese. To use Chinese translation service, please mention the word "Chinese" in English.
