To
Get Started:
- Go to www.pacificare.com
- Enter PacifiCare Member ID and Password (or click
the "Register" link if you have never logged
in before)
- Scroll over the "Health Programs" tab
- Click VirtualHealthClub
- Click Yes and enter the VirtualHealthClub
- Set up your customized fitness and nutrition plans
You can collect credits for participating in/completing
PacifiCare's health programs. PacifiCare HealthCredits
will conduct quarterly drawings to qualified enrollees.
Credits can also be used for savings on selected consumer
goods and services. Collect credits for the following

24-Hour Nurse

Baby is having a fever. Should you take the baby to
a doctor immediately or give baby a pill first? What
pill should you give baby? The elder just had a stroke.
How should you deal with the situation? Oftentimes,
when you and your family members do not feel well but
do not know what you should do about that, a 24-hour
hotline that gives you professional advice will help
tremendously. PacifiCare's free nurse line opens 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. Licensed nurses will be
able to address your questions and needs whenever you
need.
To better serve Chinese members, PacifiCare's 24-hour
nurse line provides real time Chinese translation service
through a telecommunication translation agency. This
Chinese translation service is at no additional cost.
To use PacifiCare's 24-hour nurse line, please call
1-866-747-4325. Should you need Chinese translation
service, please tell the nurse on line and the nurse
will arrange that translation service for you. |

follow the instructions once your call is connected.
2. If you feel difficult understanding English instructions,
please wait on line until a live nurse speaks to you.
Please note most nurses on this line do not speak Chinese.
